Rafal Rybak
Rafal is a first generation 30 something Polish-American immigrant, turned American citizen. He holds a Master’s Degree in Communication & Media from Northeastern Illinois University. "I am a fierce believer and defender of the constitution and very politically active, defending 2nd Amendment rights in Illinois, having a keen focus on educating newcomers to shooting sports through writing and hands-on experience. I have a particular interest in disabled people, since I myself have Cerebral Palsy. It is this life experience, with the vulnerability of being a disabled person, that made me see the immeasurable value of being able to legally carry a firearm for self-defense."
